Abstract

Learning factories equip students for success in their careers by providing hands-on experience, developing soft skills, and creating a learning environment that closely mirrors actual manufacturing and production facilities in industry. While many research articles discuss student learning outcomes, few methods emphasize a holistic framework that supports success at the personal, project, or entrepreneurial level. This paper presents a novel 10P Cycle for Success, a ten-principal framework encompassing Purpose, Passion, Perspective, Planning, Perform, Persistence, Patience, People, Pivot, and Principles, applied in the context of a green hydroponics learning factory. The proposed method not only provides a roadmap to success but also introduces an assessment tool that enables continuous improvement and sustainability in a learning factory environment. By integrating experiential learning with structured reflection, the model bridges the gap between theory and practice while delivering measurable, sustainable outcomes.Learning factories equip students for success in their careers by providing hands-on experience, developing soft skills, and creating a learning environment that closely mirrors actual manufacturing and production facilities in industry.
